@LuLu_Wildflower @AerLingus I’m the same. My flight was cancelled in October 22 due to “staffing issues” causing me huge disruption/costed me a fortune yet all they did was refund me the poxy price of the flight.
Despite numerous emails to emerald airlines over the past 13 months I’ve heard nothing back
