I hate sounding so cynical but it really hurts as a fan when something like this happens.

I get why BB would want to try and replicate the moment that the hamster wheel brought in Reindeer Games, but the reason that it was exciting is because it was already understood that the format of the show WAS losing a competition = elimination.

The standard Big Brother format is not that though, and it shouldn’t ever be that format. Let that be a different show.

What makes Big Brother so great is that at the end of the day, you can always use your head or your relationships to get you out of any situation - but this prevents that, and it just feels so painfully “not big brother”.

I don’t know, I’m just sad. I’m definitely feeling biased and I don’t care to deny it. I really thought Rachel could have been the first two-time winner. #bb27
