@Peteralm_ @MICGamesRBX Probably the liquidGlass module that's open-sourced or a custom made version made specifically for this UI since he's using a SurfaceGUI on a part. When it detects the mouse it applies the UIBlur and then the movement is just rotation but you know how to do that so I won't bother
