The NWS has extreme confidence freezing rain will begin impacting the MV area between 8 and 9 am & continue through the day. Due to uncertainty of getting our students home safely, Mt Vernon Schools will be closed today Fri, Feb 15. Mon March 11 will be a makeup day.
