I asked for the drivers name at the scene he refused to give me his name. This person preyed on my state of shock, pretended to help me, he could have towed the vehicle to my place 3 km from the incident but I payed exorbitant fees just to release my vehicle at their storage

I called outsurance to confirm on Sunday, they confirmed that 91 Banfield is their assessment centre but I should go on Monday to ensure the vehicle was there. When I got there I was given an invoice of 9k that I had to pay to release my vehicle. For 2 days!😡
