Purchased a new 2 Ton O General AC just 15 days ago and facing issues from the 2nd day itself.

After installation, I noticed the indoor unit fins were already damaged and bent inward. Very disappointing condition for a brand new AC.

@alpha_defense They issued a NOTMAR which is legal since it falls within their EEZ. We issued a NOTAM which is also legal, as airspace does not have exclusive zones. However, the timing overlaps, and any miscommunication in such situations can be dangerous.
