@VerizonSupport my mother passed away in Dec. I have been trying since then to get her land line and internet turned off and shut down. She had Alzheimer’s. She was on paperless billing. I have no account # or pin. Have spent hours on the phone. Went to a corp store.

Took death cert and my court doc. She lived in VA FIOS system. I live in CO. not on FIOS. Was supposed to get a letter in the mail with acct info. Nothing has arrived. I NEED HELP! PLEASE!!
