Pastors are men who take spiritual authority over a group of believers comprising of both men and women.
"I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet." - 1 Timothy 2:12

Pastors are spiritual heads, taking both responsibility and ownership over the spiritual health and actions of their church body. The Bible is clear that specific role is only for men (specifically men with a wife):
"Now the overseer is to be above reproach, faithful to his wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach." - 1 Timothy 3:2

Women can definitely have the gift of teaching, they can definitely be called to preaching. But that will never involve them being a pastor or taking up any kind of similar spiritual authority. The Bible is clear.
Women are not made to be pastors. Most men aren't either. There are many roles in the church to be filled besides pastor. There are many parts to the body of Christ. Because women are restricted from one specific role does not mean they are somehow less valuable or less important in a church body.
