@thetiarawillis My daughter had Seb Derma and it made her hair fall out and scalp bleed. Loose styles and consistent weekly washing with Nizoral shampoo and conditioner really helped. Scalp is healthy, hair has grown back and continues to grow. 🙌🏾☺️

@HMRCcustomers why can’t I reach your office by phone. The automated service constantly cuts off my call after going through a few steps. Any other way to speak to a HMRC human to discuss matters?

@theashrb It always amazes me how ppl can be aligned to the most horrendous things but still manage to move upwards through life seemingly unscathed. But let me say one or two truths and it’s the way I will be fighting for my life. Must be nice!

@RichieBrave It’s so sad, you literally have to be your own biggest advocate. I asked my GP to change my assigned health visitor/midwife as she was ignoring my concerns in my 2nd pregnancy. Especially after having a traumatic 1st delivery, I wasn’t gonna take risks the 2nd time around.
