“The recent escalation between Pakistan and India has once again proven that Pakistanis are a brave, proud, and dignified nation.

I have always said, "Mulk bhi mera, Fauj bhi meri" (this country is mine, and so is the army). Just as our soldiers defeated Modi on both aerial and ground fronts, the people of Pakistan—especially on social media—exposed and dismantled Modi and the RSS’s narrative at a global level.

By targeting innocent civilians such as children, women, the elderly, and civilian infrastructure in Pakistan, Modi displayed cowardice. Our forces responded with strength and precision. We stand in full solidarity with the families of both civilians and military personnel who were martyred in these cowardly attacks.

I pay tribute to the Pakistan Air Force and all our military personnel for their professionalism and outstanding performance. Unlike Modi, who targets civilians and public infrastructure, our forces successfully hit only the aircraft and installations directly involved in the attacks.

Narendra Modi harbors deep hatred for Pakistan. The fearless attitude shown by Pakistanis during this conflict must have only fueled his anger. He is likely furious and may attempt another false-flag operation, similar to what he orchestrated in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. We must stay alert and fully prepared. I had predicted this scenario back in 2019 as well. Modi will also try to inflict economic damage on Pakistan. In case of any new attack, the nation must remain united and ready.

During wartime, a swift response is absolutely vital. Wars are fought as much with nerves as with weapons—perhaps 60 percent of it depends on mental strength. That is why it is crucial to have leadership that enjoys the people’s trust and can make bold and timely decisions in the face of aggression.

In a state of war, the military needs public support more than ever. The morale of the nation becomes the strength of the armed forces. That is why I’ve consistently emphasized that we must not isolate our people, and we must breathe life back into our justice system”

جمہوریت کے نام پر پس پردہ آمریت میں پاکستان میں انسانی حقوق پامال ہیں ۔ ملٹری حراست میں قید افراد پر بدترین ذہنی اور جسمانی تشدد کیا گیا ہے اور اب بھی زیر حراست افراد سے کسی کو ملنے کی اجازت نہیں جو کہ انسانی حقوق اور آئین کے سخت منافی ہے ۔ ہمارے کارکنان اور سپورٹران کے گھروں پر صرف پنجاب میں ایک لاکھ سے زائد کی تعداد میں چھاپے مارے گئے، ہزاروں بے گناہ کارکنان کو گرفتار کیا گیا ، عورتوں اور بچوں کو بھی نہیں بخشا گیا۔ اس کے باوجود تحریک انصاف اپنی جگہ پر قائم ہے۔

اصولوں اور نظریات پر سمجھوتا وہ کرتے ہیں جو خوف کے سائے تلے رہتے ہیں۔ مجھے اللہ کی ذات کے سوا کسی چیز کا خوف نہیں۔ ایمان کی طاقت انسان کو جھکنے نہیں دیتی۔ جھکتے صرف وہ لوگ ہیں جن میں ایمان کی کمی ہو۔ دنیا کے عظیم ترین لیڈر حضرت محمد ﷺ نے اپنی حیات مبارکہ سے ہمیں عملاً یہ سبق دیا ہے کہ جس قدر ہی مصائب اور مشکلات کیوں نہ آ جائیں، حق اور اپنے مقصد کی ترویج کے لیے ڈٹ جانا چاہیے اور غیر اللہ کے سامنے سر نہیں جھکانا چاہیے۔

تحریک انصاف کی جدوجہد کا مقصد جمہوریت کی سربلندی،آئین وقانون کی حکمرانی،آزاد عدلیہ و میڈیااور بنیادی شہری حقوق کا تحفظ ہے اور ہم اس میں کامیاب ہوں گے کیونکہ یہی حق ہے۔ میں آخری سانس تک اس کے لیے جدوجہد کروں گا۔ میری قوم نے بھی پیچھے نہیں ہٹنا!

القادر ٹرسٹ کے فیصلے نے دنیا میں پاکستان کے نظام عدل کا مذاق بنوایا ہے ۔ بکاؤ میڈیا پر اسے ایک sham ٹرسٹ کا لقب دیا گیا جو کہ حقائق کو بھونڈے انداز میں مسخ کرنے کی ایک ناکام کوشش ہے۔ القادر ٹرسٹ نہ تو بلاول ہاؤس ہے اور نہ ایون فیلڈ ہاؤس ہے یہ طلبا کو سیرت النبی ﷺ سے روشناس کروانے کی ایک درسگاہ ہے۔ صاف نظر آتا ہے کہ ملک ریاض کو یہاں پر دھمکایا گیا جس کے پیش نظر ان کے بیٹے نے لندن میں 9 ارب کی پراپرٹی 18 ارب میں خریدی ۔پراسیکیوشن آج تک یہ ثابت نہیں کر سکی کہ یہ منی لانڈرنگ ہے۔ جبکہ میرے اور میری اہلیہ پر فرد جرم عائد کی گئی جنہوں نے ایک روپے کا مالی فائدہ نہیں لیا۔ اگر مجھ پر پبلک آفس ہولڈر ہونے کی بنا پر الزام لگایا گیا تو بشری بی بی جو ایک گھریلو خاتون ہیں انہیں کس کی ایما پر مجرم قرار دیا گیا؟ اس فیصلے کا ایک اور مضحکہ خیز پہلو یہ ہے کہ القادر یونیورسٹی کو حکومتی تحویل میں لے لیا گیا۔ کیا فرمائشی احمقوں کے اس ٹولے کو یہ بھی نہیں پتہ کہ یہ حکومتی پراپرٹی نہیں ہے؟ ٹرسٹ کی پراپرٹی کو حکومت کس قانون کے تحت اپنی تحویل میں لے سکتی ہے؟

نام نہاد “بند لفافے” کو حکومت اور تحقیقاتی ادارے کھول سکتے ہیں اسے کھولیں اس میں کیا لکھا ہے عوام کو بتائیں تا کہ دودھ کا دودھ اور پانی کا پانی ہو سکے ۔ لیکن جب مقدمے کا مقصد محض پروپگنڈا کر کے صبح شام جھوٹ بولنا ہو تو کوئی چیز پبلک نہیں ہو سکتی ۔

آٹھ فروری کو پورے ملک میں یوم سیاہ منائیں گے- اس دن پاکستانی عوام کے مینڈیٹ کے ساتھ بری طرح کھلواڑ کیا گیا۔ عوام کے مینڈیٹ پر ڈاکا مار کر فارم 47 کی جعلی حکومت مسلط کر دی گئی۔ اس حوالے سے علی امین گنڈاپور کو ہدایت کرتا ہوں کہ 8فروری کو پورے کے پی سے قافلے پشاور جمع ہو کر احتجاج کریں۔ اپنی وکلاء برادری بشمول انصاف لائرز فارم اور دیگر ونگز کو بھی اس دن بھرپور احتجاج کی ہدایت دیتا ہوں۔ تمام صوبوں کے اراکین اسمبلی اور پارٹی عہدے داران کے ساتھ ساتھ ہر مکتبہ فکر کے لوگ جمہور کی توہین کے اس دن کو یوم سیاہ کے طور پر بھرپور طریقے سے منائیں-

ہم جوڈیشل کمیشن کے قیام کا ایک جائز مطالبہ کر رہے ہیں ۔ شفاف جوڈیشل کمیشن کا قیام حکومت اس لیے نہیں چاہتی کیونکہ وہ 9 مئی اور 26 نومبر میں خود ملوث ہے ۔ جب تک ان واقعات کے مجرمان کو سزا نہیں مل جاتی ملک میں استحکام آنا نا ممکن ہے-“

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s message to the Nation from Adiala Jail:

This is not the first time in the history of this country that one individual has put the entire country at stake to protect his hold on power. (General) Yahya Khan also betrayed the Awami League and Sheikh Mujibur Rahman to stay in power. The Hamood-ur-Rehman Commission report clearly states that one person’s desire to prolong and strengthen his hold on power broke the country in two.

Because of this one man's erroneous policies, ninety thousand of our soldiers were taken as prisoners. Bhutto himself admitted the loss of 50,000 innocent lives, although the actual count was much higher, and the country's economy lost billions of dollars. We have still not been able to recover from the loss. Even today, the same story is being repeated. Once again, one person has taken over control and is destroying the system to prolong and strengthen his hold on power.

A small powerful elite dominates all the resources, power, and control of the country. Whenever this group wants, it violates the constitution, threatens judges, attacks the sanctity of the parliament that symbolises democracy, abducts public representatives and even women of their families. This mafia, devoid of morals, considers itself above the constitution and the law. This small group, this powerful elite, has enslaved this country. Even today, they are doing everything for their own selfish interests.

The Supreme Court is the only institution somewhat safe from their influence, and now it is also being attacked.

A system of injustice and brutality is in force in our country. The criteria for promotions and for being awarded top positions are, for the judiciary, making decisions against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and, in the government, brutality and fascism. Three clear examples of this are Qazi Faez Isa, Mohsin Naqvi, and Humayun Dilawar.

Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa protected those who targeted us. He took away our electoral symbol. Did not hear our pleas about human rights violations. The former Commissioner of Rawalpindi said the Chief Justice and the Election Commissioner were responsible for rigging the election, and now the Form 47 government and its handlers are employing every possible dirty trick to impose the same Chief Justice once again.

My Pakistanis, if you do not come out against the extension of Qazi Faiz Isa today, you will forever remain enslaved.

Mohsin Naqvi inflicted tremendous brutality on us. Zille Shah was tortured to death by the police, his body was thrown by the side of the road, and an FIR (police report) was filed accusing me of his death. For leading this oppression, Mohsin Naqvi was made Interior Minister and Chairman of the PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board).

Because of Humayun Dilawar, Bushra Bibi and I are illegally imprisoned today. In return for which, Humayun Dilawar was gifted land worth billions. The anti-corruption department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has all evidence of that, and now the FIA (Federal Investigation Agency) has filed a case against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s anti-corruption department.

They are forcibly keeping Nawaz Sharif in the country, otherwise he would have run abroad a long time ago. Don't tell me whose wealth and properties are abroad, tell me who among these billionaires, who are the darlings of this system, and who hold all the power in our country, have their wealth and property in Pakistan.

Saadullah Baloch's wife and daughter were abducted! They have no shame. They entered the National Assembly building and arrested parliamentarians. This has never happened before, no one has ever been arrested from inside the Parliament.

I say to the entire nation that they have to come out for a street movement to protect our freedom. Our movement is a jihad (struggle) for democracy. I ask the judiciary to stand up for the rule of law. No investments are coming into the country because of no rule of law.
