🚨 BILLBOARD CAMPAIGN LIVE in USA— 1,000 DAYS OF ILLEGAL IMPRISONMENT 🚨
Today marks 1,000 days since former prime Minister Imran Khan was imprisoned under a regime accused of silencing dissent and dismantling democracy.
Now, this message is impossible to ignore.
📍 billboards are LIVE on the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95) — one of America’s busiest corridors — bringing Pakistan’s democratic struggle to the heart of the New York–Philadelphia corridor.
Under the shadow of power tied to Illegal and illegitimate military regime what we are witnessing is not justice — it is political persecution.
1,000 days of:▪️ Solitary confinement▪️ Denial of fundamental rights▪️ Reported medical neglect — Loss of his vision including his wife.
The United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Detention has declared his detention arbitrary, illegal, and politically motivated.
The United Nations Committee Against Torture has repeatedly emphasized the obligation to prevent custodial abuse, ensure medical care, and uphold humane detention standards.
Meanwhile, U.S. legislative efforts — H.R.2311 and H.R.5271 — raise alarm over:
▪️ Human rights violations
▪️ Democratic backsliding
▪️ Rigged elections
▪️ Enforced disappearances
▪️ Media censorship and judicial suppression.
▪️ Potential sanctions on perpetrators
This is a defining moment.
The world is watching.History will remember who stood for justice.
Special thanks to the Pakistani American diaspora for their support and standing firmly against oppression, injustice, and dictatorship.
The only way forward is clear: respect the true mandate of the people, ensure justice for all political prisoners, and restore stability by releasing Imran Khan—rebuilding trust with the diaspora, international institutions, and securing long-term peace.

@MiddleEastEye has missed the mark on Pakistan here. Analysis of Pakistan requires an understanding of the country's internal democratic struggle and the role of the military establishment in shaping political outcomes. Without that context, important realities are often overlooked.

The brutality of military dictatorships knows no bounds, as fundamental rights, freedoms, and human dignity are repeatedly sacrificed to maintain power.
Imran Khan's imprisoned wife Bushra Bibi has suffered damage to her eyesight in prison and been banned from meeting with family. She has also reportedly lost over 20kg while being kept in an atrocious prison conditions by Pakistan's military dictatorship:

Unfortunately EU Parliament & all related Institutions have miserably failed to raise voice for Human Rights, Media Freedoms & political & religious plurality. Pakistan is perhaps the biggest beneficiary of GSP + in the world; this alone provided EU a strong leverage & responsibility that could have been used to prevent fascism that has been imposed through 26th & 27th Constitutional Amendments, total destruction of High Courts & Supreme Courts, muzzling of media & using military controlled courts to declare dissenting journalists as “Digital Terrorists” - at no point was EU ever able to take a meaningful position. EU institutions are fast becoming irrelevant, people like Kaja Kala don’t even know what they are talking off. GSP+ was not be blocked, it was a leverage that was to be used wisely for Democracy, Human Rights & Media Freedoms, If EU leaders had any genuine convictions in the rhetoric they use from time to time for petty politics. Only few countries like Spain have tried living up to the promise of what EU was meant to be. Growing failure of “values” is a sign of a collapsing EU @EUPakistan@EUCouncil@IHRF_English@EUCouncilPress@EU_Commission@kajakallas
🌙Eid Mubarak to all celebrating around the world.
As families gathered in prayer, many political prisoners in Pakistan — including Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi — remained separated from their loved ones and denied the basic right to practice their faith freely, including offering Eid prayers, congregational worship, and religious observance in detention.
Religious freedom is a fundamental human right, not a privilege granted by governments. On this Eid, we remember all those unjustly imprisoned and pray for justice, dignity, compassion, and freedom for political prisoners everywhere. #EidMubarak
25 May remains a painful for Pakistanis remembered by critics as the day democratic rights came under severe strain following the political turmoil after the regime change. Homes were raided, voices silenced, rights suppressed, and democracy deeply shaken.

The U.S. made a similar strategic mistake three years ago by supporting the removal of #ImranKhan from power while ignoring the democratic backlash and long-term instability that followed.
History shows that sidelining popular democratic leaders for short-term geopolitical calculations often produces unintended consequences that last for decades. Unfortunately, far too little attention has been paid to the erosion of democracy, mass political repression, and growing public distrust that emerged afterward in Pakistan — developments that are ultimately not in the long-term interests of the United States.

🟢Team FPG was honored to attend the Congressional Breakfast hosted by U.S. Senators @MarkWarner
(Senate Intelligence Committee & Senate Banking Committee) and Senator @timkaine (Senate Foreign Relations Committee & Senate Armed Services Committee), alongside @RepSuhas Subramanyam (House Oversight & Government Reform Committee, science ,space and technology committee,Ethics commit) Rep @BobbyScott (Ranking Member, House Education & Workforce Committee).
We were especially proud to honor Lt.Governor Ghazala Hashmi @ltgovhashmi as a special guest and celebrate her historic election as the first Asian American elected to statewide office in Virginia.
While celebrating this important milestone, Team FPG also briefed congressional leaders and foreign policy teams on the alarming situation in Pakistan: gross human rights violations, media censorship, enforced disappearances, attacks on judicial independence, and the political victimization of former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
His prolonged isolation, denial of adequate medical care, and reported loss of vision constitute inhumane treatment and raise serious concerns under international human rights and constitutional law. The fight for democracy, rule of law, free media, and fundamental human rights in Pakistan must remain a priority for the international community.
We also raised concerns regarding the protection of diaspora communities facing intimidation, harassment, or transnational repression linked to the increasingly authoritarian and illegitimate regime in Pakistan.

Agreed! Also a continuing fragile instability in a nation of 250 million plus in a vital geo strategic area is not in “American Interests” @FirstPakGlobal
‘All will be forgiven’? SECRET document claims US involvement in Imran Khan’s ouster as Pak PM. The mystery of cypher - cable I-0678

Summary:
Imran Khan is a political prisoner in Pakistan because of the Biden Administration.
Interference in foreign elections or in this case the vote of “no confidence” in 2022 is a result of failed foreign policy.
Will Trump/Rubio take any action to correct this injustice?
It is time to repost this piece by @HNadim87, written last year for right-leaning outlet @DailyCaller:
“America Is Repeating Its Iran Mistake — This Time in Pakistan.”
Ignoring the democratic aspirations of Pakistanis will not bring stability. It will deepen the crisis.

🚨 Many in Congress and the State Department underestimate the impact this interference has on the lives of 250+ million people. For Pakistanis, this is not abstract geopolitics — it affects daily life.
A military-dominated system has fueled corruption, economic decline, crushing inflation, institutional breakdown, and political disenfranchisement. Nearly 60% of Pakistan’s population is youth, and an entire generation feels robbed of its democratic voice.
Long-term stability cannot come from suppressing democratic mandates while empowering unelected centers of power. Ignoring this reality will only deepen instability and anti-American sentiment.

🚨BREAKING: For the first time, the original Pakistani cypher — cable I-0678, the document that triggered the removal of former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan — is being released in full by Drop Site.
Man, I wish I had more followers or a bigger account because the fact that nobody is calling out straight up in plain words the fact that the then army Chief of Pakistan general Bajwa committed treason and conspired against the state is infuriating.
Everybody needs to double down on this point we need to scream it from the rooftops. This is such a big indictment and somebody needs to give a huge kudos to the director general of the strategic plans division for standing up to this bastard.
