9. If a person had a good Sunday, point out how you were working. And guilt-shame people for enjoying their legitimate holiday. Work is virtue and enjoyment is sin.
10. Manage with ‘fear’ and not ‘respect’ of your colleagues. They should fear when you are visiting the office, when there’s a review or when there’s a one-on-one meeting.
