@TheOfficialSBI Is it legal on your behalf to deduct home insurance from your loan account without consent? Tomorrow you can deduct anything else. THIS IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE. I was not even notified..how can u force? I would recommend other banks for home loan over SBI!

@myntra what is the issue with your customer service? You guys just want to close tickets without resolving. I have 3 delivery related issues all are getting closed without resolving. Worst customer service even after calling multiple times. Please say what to do?

1. Product didn't get delivered...raised a request, even called you guys but you guys closed the tickets without resolving.

2. Product was sent with magnetic tag. Raised complaints, again resolved without resolving.

What is so hurry in resolving tickets.
