At the time, 65 countries had produced at least one US unicorn founder. I'm sure the count is higher now.

When you incentivize employees to look better than others, they will optimize predictable and measurable metrics. New bets barely fit that
@zackhargett Having a cofounder who quits early/loses steam or creates drama is incredibly common and so many great projects die because one person gave up too soon.
If you are solo, you can survive longer until you find a team.
A great cofounder is ideal but comes with its own issues
