Maybe I’m missing something but what’s the idea of getting the general public to purchase your PPV’s when you release them free on YouTube less than a month later?

Slammiversary for me was pretty decent. A lot of decent matches but a lot that I felt could have done with far more time (the triple threat tag match only went 3 minutes).
The endorsement to Slater from AJ and Moose was amazing and hopefully TNA have a plan to regain their titles
@tommyknocker16 That’s a shame to hear, especially as they changed a lot of the production team. The storylines for me were on the decline even with D’Amore there.
You’ve heard big pops before, this one will be up there amongst them.
Question: do you think the reaction would have been bigger if it was left as more of a surprise? The pop will still be huge but everyone is waiting now, the shock factor has disappeared. What do you think?
@tommyknocker16 Oh I fully understand that’s the reason, more people will now buy the show. It’s all about ticket sales. But you can never beat that shock factor moment. I think HTK 2024 was my last time watching the show.
Fingers crossed this happens on what looks like a packed show.
Many have called for AJ to return (stupidly in many cases) but TNA have drip fed us and not delivered.
If this doesn’t happen l, there’s going to be a lot of unhappy fans I feel.
We’re moving the stage back to accommodate more fans. This event will be TNA’s greatest achievement and trust me it’s going to be PHENOMENAL. #Slammiversary#TNA@ThisIsTNA
I haven’t followed the TNA product for close to 18 months now. However everything I’m seeing and reading online, it’s becoming a company that I no longer recognise. Will probably get a lot of flack for this but nothing I read anywhere gives me a thought of a positive move forward
@The_yellowbone Another talent that was never given a chance. Why bring these talents in if you never have anything for them.
Good luck to him in the future.
@The_yellowbone@BrettyBungetty WWE are still his employer.
AJ might want to make an appearance on TNA all he wants but it won’t happen unless WWE gives the go ahead.
@RyanPorzl Contracts are 2 way things, it’s the wrestlers decision too. If many are leaving new Japan, that says more about their contracts that are being offered.
AEW has far too much talent to get noticed, but that’s their choice. A contract was offered and they took it.
TNA has done well in rebuilding itself recently, however with a lot of old faces leaving, there aren’t many that the name TNA really connects with, most connect more with the Impact name.
It’s about progressing but not losing your identity
Had time to think about this over the last few days.
Everyone has their favourites, that includes management. And when it comes to running a business, you want a team around you which you trust.
Continued in the comments.
@bqspeaks Guess is back to Japan after the run they’ve had recently.
Other than TK opening up the cheque book like he does for everyone (but that’ll probably be a waste for them again), I don’t see many options for them.
@MiseryEater101 I said it years ago, Deaner gained more from the split in VBD.
Jake has a pretty solid look and is good in the ring for a man his size. But his promos are basic and offers little character on his own. The name is an issue as it’s such a generic word to accidentally say.
