@UberIN_Support We have already contacted the driver. The problem is the @Uber_India customer care took 14 mins to give the driver's no after getting all the details. You don't even understand the seriousness of losing a mobile. This was an emergency.

Why is the @Uber_India customer care so bad.? A friend left his mobile in the cab. First they took all the details. Then the customer care agent again asked about the issue. Lastly had to wait 14 mins after that just to get the driver's number.
