@jimsyjampots High knickers and peppermint tea defo. I’d also check if your mattress is too soft to sit up in - mine was! Someone also suggested tying a sheet (securely) to the far foot of the bed and tuck the other end below the mattress where you can grab it to haul yourself up to sitting.
