It’s very sad and unrealistic how this boys has been written in the series. Just a month ago we saw Kuzey choking welling up in tears cuz everyone surprised him with a b’day cake and that is how truly boys are at this age. Emotional…warm not how Deniz is being depicted in the show…completely oblivious to his mother’s suffering
“A partida de Alya causou a morte de Şahin. É muito doloroso, mas é a verdade.” Doloroso é ver você sendo machista e burra, justificando o crime que um homem cometeu em plena luz do dia, diante de uma multidão, enquanto ela estava a quilômetros de distância sem sequer saber o que estava acontecendo. #uzakşehir
This here is exactly what Alya feared all along. Cihan’s obligations taking precedence over her always. Though she agreed to his proposal but when it came out on becoming true so quickly she broke down. And that is why Cihan is so flawed in his character because he saw Meryem’s vulnerability and her version of truth but doesent want to extend the same courtesy to Alya because she went on to build a life for herself without him…he is not able to digest it even though he asked for it.
She begged him to leave all this behind and come with her but he told her to never return. Meryem too had left after their first wedding in “mecburiyet “ but Cihan went after her like a dog and on her return couldn’t bare to see her suffer. But Alya just because he did a few nice things for her and recited sonnets of his forever love for her should forever be indebted to him.
At this juncture in the story of the latest episode doesent show any chance of redemption for Cihan…I guess I’ll give up on the story and hope the writer writes them forever apart…prophecy of unhappy love coming true
It’s unbelievable the opinions this fandom carries for Alya…a woman who has been stripped of her life, her freedom her choice…everything you worked hard for taken away from you because a bunch of clowns feel entitled to do so.
Sha gave up her son to save Cihan’s life, I wonder if Cihan was put to a similar test would he be able to give up anyone from his family???? The answer is an astounding no and that is exactly what Alya knows. She knows Cihan loved her…she knows he’d risk his life for her but shove comes to push, if he has to make a choice between his supposed “mecburiyet” and her…he’ll choose the former and that is why this incessant need arises from where she wants to escape this abyss. When she returned and pleaded before him this is what she asked for…even during their conversations in their room she expressed this multiple times…but for Cihan its ALya who has to give up her idea of life and embrace his…not the other way around.
Also, wanting Deniz to not grown up in such a toxic environment is but natural. She does not envision a life for Deniz which will mirror Cihan & Kaya’s. She doesn’t want her son growing up under the shadow of Sadakat turning him into yet another one of Sadakat’s monkey like the kinds she has raised in the form of Boran, Cihan & Kaya.
Her trust in Cihan broke, the moment he threatened her “Withdraw the complain or you will never see your son again”, So pardon me for saying this but any normal human being in her shoes would behave precisely how Alya is playing this out.
As far as trusting Enver is concerned, it’s not about she knows him for 3 months, he is from a chapter in her life when he provided her a safe haven during adolescence without attaching any strings. His family was good to her. In the last episode when he calls her…his first question to her is. “ Alya, are you crying, do you want me to come”. This is not manipulation but a concern a warmth which unfortunately Alya has been deprived off (especially recently). I wish the writer doesn’t write Enver as evil but as a hard mirror to Cihan showing him what love means without conditions, what it means to love someone without controlling them, without the so called “mecburiyet” crap that he and his mother keep going at.
The fact that Cihan feels Deniz will have a more secure normal childhood here itself shows how selfish he is….he knows only too well of what it means to grow up in Mardin. He knows what his mother is capable of and most importantly he knows when it comes to his mother there is very little he can do to control the environment and yet he clings onto the child…he isn’t being fair by the child either,…he is only using the last pawn piece he has in the game to control Alya. I am not saying he doesn’t love Deniz but as a parent if you can’t see what’s better for your kid then somewhere you are being selfish.
As a mother who is educated, a doctor someone who has travelled around there is no way in hell she would want this life for son. Plain and simple.
This is just too bizarre…why is no one telling this writer high on pot..!!! His mother has been whisked away by cops…at 6-7 years old children know what the police does because ppl in different uniforms are introduced to kids. They know police takes away bad ppl and put them in a jail…my 4 year old knows it.
And yet this little one is happily carrying on doing what he does without a care in the world for his mother…unbelievable
Hats off to the production for ruining a mother-son bond

The fear that Cihan & Sadakat feel from Ecmel is wi the kind of upbringing he would have , the man he will turn out to be and that’s the same fear Alya has of leaving him behind with Cihan & Sadakat. Ecmel still bore Shahin…an honorable man…in case of Sadakat all of her three sons are liars and manipulators, deceitful. Shahin may have been gullible but he was honest. And that’s where the fear lies. The psychological damage to the child and the fear of losing power
@FanCihAl I agree…Alya should marry Enver and leave with her son and him. Leave Cihan to do what he pleases to…someone as toxic as him truly doesent deserve an Alya
Alya is a mother who simply doesent wish for her son to grow up in Mardin surrounded by gun bloodshed murderers smugglers etc etc criminal family that takes pride in visiting the police station & court every other day. She wants him to grow up and become an honest compassionate man with integrity. How hard is it for everyone to understand that.
After that bloody wedding day what did Alya ask of Cihan to come away from all this and lead a simple life. This is something she repeated over and over in the last two seasons. She wants a normal life her child…Cihan cannot provide that.
Alya gave up on her son’s wellbeing’s to save Cihan’s life, I wonder if Cihan was to be tested with his supposed “mecburiyet” and family will he give up on them and choose Alya. The answer to that question is an astounding no…he said that in his proposal…she accepted that…then fell prey to her conscience in a weak moment & left only to find what could have been more disastrous had she not left. That day’s events only further fueled her belief that this is not a life she wants for her son.
On her return to she didn’t ask to be taken back in the mansion by his side but asked him to leave with her away from Mardin and his supposed “mecburiyet”.
So yes it’s normal for a mother to worry about where her boy will grow up…she doesn’t want Deniz to become a part of the circus whose strings are held in a witch’s hands (Sadakat). She doesn’t want her influence on him and be raised to become one of her monkeys 🙈🙉🙊.
Alya’s deal with Ecmel was a sound one ( as controversial as it maybe). But Cihan is not being rational here. Sadakat is the real villain of the story…she is worse than Ecmel…he is what he is but her…absolutely awful. She is currently the head of child trafficking family😎…controlling cowardly men using children as leverage against their mothers.
If Deniz was to know the real faces behind what his paternal family is…he would surely stand by his mother. In S1 ep4, Alyabhad said this to Cihan…Deniz will never forgive this betrayal when he learns the truth around circumstances cornering his mother

As a mother who is educated, a doctor someone who has travelled around there is no way in hell she would want this life for son. Plain and simple.
Because as a mother she would not want her son turning into another one of Sadakat’s three monkey like Boran Cihan and Kaya. She is an educated doctor who has travelled around and wants her son grow up to be a responsible compassionate honest man with integrity not like a petty criminal making his way to police station and court every other day and take pride in it. She doesent want him to become one of Sadakat’s pawn in her games for power struggle. I think a deal that she made with Ecmel, however controversial, it was a sound one…she leaves in peace and over time lets him have access to Deniz under control environment.
If Deniz loves his devilish grandmother who shot his mother, sent her to prison, humiliated her shot his father can get access to him then why not Ecmel. Sadakat is more evil than Ecmel. If Alya allowed the clown family to develop a relationship with her child it was because of her maturity & magnanimity for not letting her interactions with Albora’s affect the child’s opinion of them.
I think it was episode 4 of S1 when Alya tells Cihan that one day Deniz will learn the truth about all that has transpired here I wonder if Cihan remembers that line because if the story was to be written logically it will comes to bite him at some point. All this hero image that Cihan has in Deniz’s eyes and this doting that mother he thinks Sadakat is will come crumbling down in an instant and he will hate them…natural.
I am in awe of this fandom and this undying love for Cihan’s character. Anyone who stripped a woman of her freedom her right to choose forced her into a marriage humiliated her stood aside while she was being stripped of her dignity was red flag all the way.
Yes it’s a series and there has to be drama and a story but when you look at characters you see in them a lot that has taken from real life and that’s where criticisms arise. Passing of a widow from one brother to another like she is a commodity is prevalent in so many different parts of the world…it’s disgraceful. Cihan using Boran’s will both as an excuse and justification for his mecburiyet took away Alya’s life she worked so hard building. She made sacrifices to build that life for herself…her mother in her own way did too and what did the Albora’s do…took away all that.
At this stage in the story there is no difference between Cihan & Boran…both manipulated Alya into submission…both used her son as a leverage on her…both allowed her humiliation.
Alya has been an extraordinary mother not because of her sacrifices but how she is protecting her son from the evils of the Albora’s. If an iota what has been done to her was reflected on Deniz…he would hate his paternal family. Alya has done no such thing…she has always presented a brave and dignified face before him never let him feel the heat.
As a mother who is an educated doctor, travelled the world I think it’s only normal for her to desire a life for her son away from this clownery. She is absolutely write in wanting her child to be raised away from guns, bloodshed, Sadakat, manupilaition deceit, lies….she want him to be raised right to become an honourable man…what is so selfish about that. She sees what Sadakat has raised…3 coward clowns…she doesn’t want her son added to the list. She wants grow up with conscience compassion integrity and not a criminal making way to police station & court every other day. What is so selfish about that?
Cihan gave up any right to throw a fit after what he has made Alya endure for two years. Even if Alya makes infinite mistakes he owes her understanding always.
Cihan’s harshness doesn’t stem from anger but from his reluctance to want her in his life because of his own guilt of that day and the loyalty he feels for his mother’s actions.
Alya is and will always be a the fiercest compassionate consenctious TV characters written
