@askflydubai I have shared the passenger’s name and PNR with you. We were trying to contact you since 48 hours before the departure but the number on the website isn’t working and there’s no email address. Hence the delay. So please kindly arrange as the passenger is immobile

@TheDubaiMall That doesn’t help us but hopefully you can improve your services to not cause the kind of trouble we faced today specially for people who cannot move without a wheelchair! Just fyi we got a wheelchair more easily with @NakheelMall who were much more sensitive towards the matter!
@TheDubaiMall I hope you’re happy about your policies that won’t help a disabled person in need. Great to see the treatment we as foreigners are getting in the so called biggest mall in Dubai!
@TheDubaiMall Im unable to send a private msg but Ill tell you what https://t.co/UaBv8aI67F disabled friend&I in need for a wheelchair were asked to present an id card-which unfortunately we didnt carry with us or 1000AED,my card got swallowed by ATM and the service desk people won’t help me.
So devastated to see a place like @TheDubaiMall wont help us with a wheelchair without 1000AED cash or an id when my credit card got swallowed by an ATM mc and with no valid id proof on us we were left with no options whatsoever in a foreign land. Thx for being so noncooperative!
