Für Bewerber aus Delhi geht es bei dieser Verzögerung nicht nur um Zeit. Es geht um verlorene Zeit:
— Zulassungen
— Mietkautionen
— Gebuchte Flüge
— Psychisches Wohlbefinden
— Ein ganzes akademisches Jahr
Und wie lautet die Erklärung dafür? Ein vager Hinweis auf eine Panne, ohne dass eine echte Lösung angeboten wird.

Es als technischen Fehler zu bezeichnen, mag diplomatische Bedenken zerstreuen, aber für die Studierenden, die immer noch in der CSP-Schwebe feststecken, keine Unterlagen einreichen können und nicht weiterkommen, ist das Problem noch lange nicht gelöst.
Diese Diskrepanz zwischen Worten und Taten sorgt für Verwirrung statt für Beruhigung.

My friend got their German student visa within 43 days from the Kolkata consulate.
Meanwhile, Delhi applicants from March are still waiting endlessly.
Why is there such a huge difference?

Students have quit jobs, declined internships, taken loans, and paid thousands in non-refundable fees,all based on a process they thought was predictable.

What they got was silence, confusion, and indefinite waiting.
A single consulate backlog should not have the power to derail so many futures.

This disparity is not just frustrating, it is fundamentally unfair.

Trotz jüngster Aussagen, in denen die Verzögerungen als „technische Panne“ bezeichnet wurden, bleibt die Realität vor Ort unverändert.
Studierende, die sich im März auf dem Portal registriert haben, stecken immer noch in der ersten Phase fest und können weder bezahlen noch Dokumente einreichen.

Drei Monate später haben sie noch nicht einmal die eigentliche Visumwarteschlange erreicht.
Wenn dies nur die „Vorstufen“ sind, wie lange dauert es dann noch bis zu einer Entscheidung? Das Oktober-Semester rückt näher, die Hoffnung schwindet.

Um ein deutsches Studentenvisum unter der Zuständigkeit von Delhi zu beantragen, müssen Studierende folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen:
✔️ APS-Zertifizierung abschließen
✔️ 11.000 € + sperren
✔️ Die Studiengebühren bezahlen
✔️ Eine Kranken-/Reiseversicherung abschließen
✔️ Sprachprüfungen bestehen
✔️ Zulassung sichern

Erst danach bewerben sie sich auf dem CSP-Portal und warten dann unbegrenzt, manchmal monatelang, nur um zum nächsten Schritt zu gelangen.
Viele, die sich im März auf die Warteliste gesetzt haben, haben noch nicht einmal ihren Antrag auf vorläufige Prüfung eingereicht.

To apply for a German student visa under Delhi jurisdiction, students must:
✔️ Complete APS certification
✔️ Block €11,000+
✔️ Pay uni tuition
✔️ Get health/travel insurance
✔️ Pass language tests
✔️ Secure admission

Only after this do they apply on the CSP portal, and then wait indefinitely, sometimes months, just to move to the next step.
Many who joined the waitlist in March have yet to even submit their application for preliminary review.
