Please tell me how these are supposed to be events happening only few days apart. The first one is a gutting break-up scene. The other one looks like a silly lovers‘ quarrel where he accidentally stubbed her toe. The tone shift is jarring and frustrating.
@thecoymoon And if we‘re talking specifically isfad: Please tell me how these are supposed to be events happening only few days apart from eachother. The first one is a gutting break-up scene. The other one looks like a silly lovers‘ quarrel where he accidentally stubbed her toe.
@thecoymoon impression at least. Almost like they wanted us to forget what we watched last episode. Tbd always had it’s moments where it felt a bit episodic but never as much as now when you put episodes 31 and 32 next to eachother for comparison.
@Rambleh20 continuing to watch for now but I know that reading negative comments can put a damper on your own excitement for a show so maybe I‘ll put a disclaimer in front of my negative comments or something. 🙃
@Rambleh20 I started watching another dizi and it has been effective in making me detach from tbd. Not putting all your eggs in one basket and what not. I do think getting all the things off my chest that I hate allos me to move past it and see what I did like so I‘ll still rant while
@Rambleh20 was unfortunately still invested. It would be much easier to just drop the show and never look back if it were consistently bad. But they bait and hook you with storylines and scenes that tug at your heart only to let you down which is ultimately so much worse. 🤦🏽♀️
@Rambleh20 I was trying to dial back on my negative comments after the episode because I read a comment somewhere saying they don‘t understand why complainers are still watching and they‘re not entirely wrong but what they don‘t understand is we complain because we saw the potential and
Aras showed him a way out of his learned helplessness. Next time Teodemir will be able to pick up the metaphorical hammer himself and put an end to the darkness
@Rambleh20 follow-up to the things you built up to in s1 so wrong? Even if you have decided you want to have a more comedic approach where nothing really matters all that much shouldn’t you do that gradually? How can you sabotage your own story like that?
@Rambleh20 100% with you in everything you said. How is it that I purposely went into the episode with zero expectations and still managed to get so disappointed. Like you, I was already overlooking tons (TONS) of stuff in s1 because they got the emotional core right. How can you get the
quite possibly the best scene to come out of the show. real teos death, aras destroying what destroyed his brother, the history behind it all. the framing of the final shot is perfection. literally tells you who and what the story is about #daha17
