I’m restarting my sims collection on pc, what packs should I buy? I’m thinking seasons and I maybe want royalty and legacy but it’s so expensive

I recently got a new laptop and was questioning if it is worth it to start playing the sims on it and buying packs as I go along! But I would need an external storage card and looking for affordable but good options!
