@IBX Your website is useless. None of the tools work. I just want to know what blood tests are covered under an annual physical and can only find general "preventative" lists not tests. And there's no preventative tool like the site says. So many circular references, tools don't work.

@MyDaughterElly Since they were 3 and 5, they've been putting all the dishes away that they can reach. Helps them learn responsibility. And they like helping! So tasks are easier on all of us as they are learning things.

@MyDaughterElly Rearrange your house as they grow to make your kids more independent. This doesn't just mean baby proofing so they can learn to walk. Once our kids could safely pull things out of the dishwasher, we moved all the plates, bowls, and their cups to a cabinet below the silverware.

@mb8man @MyDaughterElly Our kids love matching socks so we sit and watch TV while they match socks. And they take all their laundry to their rooms, they put bathroom towels and wash clothes away, and they put our stuff on our bed to put away later. They actually rarely complain!

@Auntie_Bette @GGN8FOO @MyDaughterElly And set those boundaries with any other key adults in their lives... spouses, aunts/uncles, grandparents. We always tell our kids we're partners and always agree. The consistency is definitely key.

@MyDaughterElly Our pharmacist recommended adding chocolate sauce (a lot) when the meds taste bad. Works like a charm! Don't like chocolate? Add in something like pixie sticks. A little extra sugar won't hurt most kids, especially when they are sick.

@MyDaughterElly Keep every medicine cup from liquid medicine. One week, you're ALL going to be sick and washing a tiny plastic cup will be beyond your physical and mental capabilities. Better to have a bunch b/c getting your kid meds is more important than washing a cup. Mine go in a baggie.

@LEGO_Group Wow. We had like 15 new sets at my house for the kids and me. We've been building for 3 days since Christmas! It's awesome. Staycation of LEGO buildings. We made the kids LEGO tables too. Everything but the Phoenix is new. 💚

@JamesGunn I'm incredibly excited about you two being in charge. I'm sad to see some of the actors go b/c I loved them in their parts but the story was never 100% there. (Though Abrams was done dirty by Whedon b/c his extended version is really good.) Just PLEASE raise the lighting level!!!
