Label Perks [Post 1 of ?]

Perk 1. Label Roster

Signing with a record label will come with certain perks or benefits. The first perk we're going to discuss is the the "Roster" Perk.

Every label has a roster of artists signed to them. This roster can be used to lessen the costs of collaborating.

This means opening acts for tours, and feature/collab invitations are now free if it’s a band that’s already signed to your label. Consider the fees waived by the label for promotional purposes. Signing to a label will make it much easier for you to build relationships with other artists, or use them to push your material.

But it isn’t just the player taking advantage of this, other artists will too! AI artists signed to your label’s roster will also send you more feature requests
