Buy and pay off the house your grandfather had. Thats what quite a few people are pointing out. Your grandfather’s house did not have 80% of the things yours did, and it is probably smaller. What exists in your home is likely way more expensive and there are consequences to regulations and standards. That electrical standard and the requirements to not cause fires? 10x more expensive to build. How about all of the requirements for more power because of higher consumption on your part. It isn’t just about gadgets, it’s about your share of the infrastructure that runs those things. Like it or not that expense got handed to you. Want to save money? Buy a house from the 40’s that needs work, and do it yourself. Your grandpa probably did. Don’t finance those things, housing is more expensive partly because you’ve been tricked into financing outlets and light fixtures and lightbulbs and can lights and paint and pretty counters and cabinets for 30 years. When someone sells it, you have to profit or at least get your money back, which means even in a resale you are paying for someone’s bad choices of the past. My house was built in 1941. It had an unfinished basement, ungrounded outlets, a rats nest of grandfathered in code violations, and I paid less than half of what my peers paid for their 3k square foot homes. In 30 years my DIY updates and fixes will net me half the cost and the same return as everyone else.
@DavidJCummins2@CowboyBob880733@Supermicro I hope that isn’t the case. If Americans avoid AI we will be left behind when countries like China embrace is. Why not focus on working WITH AI?
@FDJT256754@LeadingReport Big difference - Aimee Bock was a “direct criminal prosecution.” Rick Scott was CEO of a corp that committed crimes. Many people were responsible and in many cases Rick Scott was unaware, as a result the corporation was charged not Rick Scott and they paid restitutions.
@janninereid1 The appropriate question should have been how is capturing a convicted criminal and his wife going to help America, and the answer is really long, but starts with the question of, do you think we should not enforce punishment after convictions?
@PatriciaDarr30@LeadingReport I hate to point it out @PatriciaDarr30 but history is in the hands of the victor. Ask the right folks and George Washington was a pretty huge criminal, and he was pretty successful at destroying “the colonies” - it’s all about perspective.

@harris_wins Is he magically going to exempt them from paying sales tax or property taxes, or import taxes, or the 7000 other ways they are taxed? How about the businesses they own and their side of income tax, is he suggesting that will go away? I also didn’t hear anything about tax breaks.
E-Commerce, Web3, Retail, AI - where do they and can they intersect? That is the question SIMVISR is answering in 2023 and 2024, want to learn more? https://t.co/kWm7IrgP7N #retail#ecommerce#artificalintelligence#web3
Hey @GrantCardone your cut-throat sales people say they are out there to help companies - for us: no new sales and a $23,000 collections account for Cardone University which didn’t even include the content promised. What a joke. Guess that’s how you afford a real estate empire.

A little of column A and a lot of column B. Sometimes those voices are idiots. Sad to say. More building and letting reality provide the message vs. promises that do not come true.
