Professor Somadoda Fikeni has essentially closed the Mchunu disbandment debate decisively.

Chair Madlanga asked him, in relation to this delineation of powers between a Political Head (Minister Mchunu) and the Administration Head (General Fannie Masemola) in regard to the disbandment of the PKTT, where Mchunu says he had the powers to disband the Team and Masemola argues it's an operational matter which fell under his Administration powers.

Prof. says, even if Mchunu had the powers, the fact that he did not consult the people who are operational, there was secrecy around his decision, it suggests there were other things behind the decision.

I think the Commission is moving steadily towards concluding it's recommendations. Things are becoming clearer.

Please do not attend Tsontso's funeral in running clothes. She was an avid runner and a great one at that. With that said, she was much more that a runner - she was a mother, a daughter, a sister, a granddaughter, a niece and a woman of strong Faith.

When we go to a funeral, we go there to mourn with the family and to demostrate our support to them. Let us please respect the grieving family and Tsontso's Church community by dressing and carrying ourselves appropriately.

Some might say "Ja, they are women but they don't support other women to occupy senior positions in government". They are anti General Dimpane.

We support women, we want to see them ascending to top positions. Some of us hate corruption and dishonesty. We gave Dimpane the benefit of the doubt around this Matlala Tender. Even though we had questions when General Masemola was arrested on the grounds of violating the PFMA regulations, and she was not as the CFO who made the actual payments.

At first I even thought Procurement was under her as Finance. Until it was clarified that Procurement fell under General Molefe Fani. He too, was not held accountable as the one who chaired the Bid Adjudication Committee for this tender! The charges against Masemola were simply absurd without these two being charged too.

Until our Drushantha Ramsamy cleared the whole picture for us!!! We had learnt through Khan's phone chats that Fani was the facilitator of tenders for General Khan, and called "The Pilot", by Khan and his partners. Dimpane on the other hand, was busy plotting with Andrea Johnson and Perumal to destroy General Masemola. I lost it then and I have not seen her in the same light.

I can't wait for the Commission's recommendations given everything that Drushantha revealed. Perumal is still to be probed also by the way about their friendship. For now, she must leave the NatCom office. General Masemola must come back!

Of course they had to drop those silly charges of PROJECT DIVERSION against General Masemola. It was long over due. 😤 Now bring him back to his Office urgently. President Ramaphosa must reinstate him this week! We need him back in office asseblief tog.
