@NTHepburn @Charleston @fair_jobs @ace_southeast Yes, in addition to sharing ques ahead of interviews, with freelancers, we have paid a fee of £100 to attend the interview (online or in-person). This has encouraged applications and the fee allows support with access without explanation. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive
