@ShakurStevenson You brought it up first - just stay at 135 140, keep getting motion and the fight at 147 will be bigger. Do it when you feel comfortable to not worry about rehydration. You’re one of the most technically high iq fighters rn and I think you’ll handle yourself fine.
Hola,
As a man working towards greatness. I thank God for @Topuriailia he is a shining example of what faith and works does to a man . To the young king reading that feels out of touch- keep pushing if trying your winning if your not your kingdom awaits
Sincerely,
August
Lets give presidents an additional year of presidency when they start a conflict/war and during that year they are automatically forced to deploy with the young men and women who’s lives they risk .
That’s the problem with some young men, you think your last outcome is your legacy. That’s why when many of you fall short, you can’t find the strength to return.
But here’s the truth: your legacy isn’t your last move. Legacy is what no one can take from you. It’s built over time, not defined by a single win or loss.
If you’re reading this, your legacy is far from over. We wake up each day with a chance to build, to add, to rise. Make yours beautiful.
I know a lot of men out there struggle to speak up. It’s hard. Facing what you’re going through mentally isn’t easy.
We’re taught to just push through, to grind, to bury the pain and keep moving like nothing’s wrong. I’ve done that. I’ve been there. But no matter how far you get in life, no matter how much success you find, that pain doesn’t just disappear. It stays. And it leaks out — in how you treat others, how you treat yourself, how you see the world.
I’ve battled heavy depression. I’ve faced mental demons most people wouldn’t even understand. And I just want to say to any man feeling alone in this — I see you. I feel that emptiness. I know what it’s like to speak up and feel like nobody really hears you, like your pain isn’t real to them.
But you’re still a beast. You wake up, carry that weight, and keep going. That takes insane strength. That’s real courage. And whether anyone tells you or not — it’s noticed. You are seen.
We have to keep talking about this. Men are dying in silence. Suicide, addiction — it’s killing us. And the more we pretend we’re fine, the worse it gets. Silence is killing great men.
Speak up. Keep fighting. You’re not weak for feeling pain — you’re strong for surviving it.
God bless.
