@FedExHelpEU @FedExHelpEU Today marks the 90th day I have been waiting for my package to be delivered. Totally devastated by the service of @FedExEurope. I tried calling the customer care number multiple times, but NO response. Terrible Customer Service!!!

Hi @gardainfo, I am an international student. My family had sent a parcel from India on 10/05/22 and it reached Ireland on 12/05/22 and it was supposed to be delivered to me by @FedEx. It has been more than 2 months, and @FedEx has been irresponsive. Kindly look into this matter.
