CAPF का सबसे जरूरी मुद्दा है पुरानी पेंशन जिसके अगेंस्ट सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की हुई है।

सरकार को अपनी याचिका वापस लेकर CAPF जवानों को सम्मान पूर्वक पुरानी पेंशन (OPS) का लाभ देना चाहिए।

पूरा सीएपीएफ आज आपकी ओर उम्मीद से देख रहा है। क्या आप उस उम्मीद को पूरा करेंगे? क्या आप आज हमारी मान रखेंगे? क्या आप एक संरक्षक (guardian) की तरह हमारे साथ खड़े होंगे?
आज इस देश के सैनिक जिन्होंने अनगिनत कुर्बानियाँ दी हैं अपना मनोबल खोते जा रहे हैं। वे आपकी ओर देख रहे हैं, न्याय की उम्मीद में।
जब आपके ही फैसलों को सरकार कानून बनाकर बदल सकती है, तो फिर ये अपने न्याय के लिए कहाँ जाएँ? अगर यही चलता रहा, तो कल को ये अपने अधिकारों के लिए आपके दरवाज़े तक भी नहीं पहुँच पाएंगे।
क्या इनके साथ यह अन्याय होगा, या आप न्याय की गरिमा को बनाए रखेंगे?

The upcoming #CAPFConference is a significant step toward strengthening national security. Yet, its true success will depend on how inclusive and representative it is of the realities within the Central Armed Police Forces.
For years, #CAPF Cadre Officers have operated on the toughest frontlines handling insurgency, border duties, and internal security challenges yet their concerns around career progression, parity, and recognition persist. Even after observations from the Supreme Court of India @indSupremeCourt, the intended relief has not fully translated on the ground, impacting morale across ranks.
Sir, morale is the backbone of any force.
When those who protect the nation feel unheard, it weakens the very system they uphold.
In this context, I humbly request that a larger number of CAPF Cadre Officers be included in this conference not symbolically, but meaningfully. Their first-hand experience, institutional memory, and ground intelligence are essential for shaping policies that are practical and just.
Additionally, it is equally important to include retired CAPF officers especially those representing recognized associations of former personnel. Their decades of experience, perspective on long-term institutional challenges, and continued engagement with CAPF welfare issues can add immense value to the dialogue.
A platform that brings together serving cadre officers, retired CAPF representatives, and existing leadership will ensure a truly holistic and balanced discussion.
Your direct engagement with both serving and retired CAPF fraternity will send a powerful message of respect, inclusion, and trust to lakhs who have served and continue to serve the nation.
The CAPF fraternity looks toward your leadership not just for coordination, but for fairness, inclusion, and restoration of morale.
