@HDFCLIFE My Policy no 19614732,shared all the documents, it's been more then 2 week's still waiting for the reply, not even a single email to confirm what other documents HDFC need, My brother took this policy in 2017,he was 60% Handicapped and he died on 09-01-2026.

Why High court promised for compensation and job to his family member?
Was it under pressure?
Why there is no FIR on his case?
Why Police INVESTIGATION IS SO SLOW?

High court was promised for compensation to his family, they didn't received anything so far,was that a fake promises?
He was the only earning member for his family, his parents are 80+ ,
Can't fight with high court only request.

Supreme Court or High Court promised for compensation and job to his family, but no action so far, all are busy or may be under work pressure, I can understand because my brother was under work pressure too.
Police enquiry is pending too.

Supreme Court or high court promised to his family for compensation and job to his family, no answer or reply so far, may be due to work pressure, I can understand, because my brother was under work pressure too.

May be due to hot weather police enquiry is slow and pending , and promises to his family by Supreme Court or high court for compensation and job to his family was forgotten or may be due to work pressure it was delayed.

My Brother worked at saket court he committed suicide due to work pressure and left the suicide note,police investigation is so slow,god knows when will they finish the investigation.

It seems HDFC is no more interested for Helping it's customer, their pure intention is to get customer and not to maintain it's customer for future, not received any single call on my complaint so far, let's see if they can avoid IRDIA as well.

@HDFCLIFE I have submitted following documents: claim form,Policy Bond,Death certificate, Nagar nigam slip,shamshan ghat slip,Hospital Report, Post mortem Report, police Inquest Report, Ration card,Pan Card(mine and my Brother), Aadhar card,3 years Bank Statement.

@HDFCLIFE How to arrange a Police final report, what if they will take another 6 months for investigation, how will my family survive? Why you don't mention this before selling policy. More then 8 years my brother paid gor this policy.i feel like I am wasting my time.

My Brother police investigations is so slow and still pending without an FIR, only investigations? god knows only the rules and law plus intention on it, 3 months already ,still waiting for police final report,

@indSupremeCourt My Younger Brother committed suicide on 09-01-2026,due to heavy work pressure, being 60% Handicapped could not handle the pressure, his family was promised to get a financial help and support, it's been almost 3 months, and help is still on the way, I guess.
