Mr. Manoj Kumar Shaw, behaved very rudely. I am very dissapointed. As he was asking for money for sitting.
This is the first time I have felt so hurt while sitting and having a meeting at Café Coffee Day. Such behaviour is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

He spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner, answered my questions rudely, and even told me, “You have been sitting here for so long, you will have to pay charges for that as well.”This is the first time I have felt so hurt .

I am feeling very sad to post this.
I went to Café Coffee Day at the Bentick Street outlet with my team for a meeting. It took me only around 10 minutes to place my order, but the manager there, Mr. Manoj Kumar Shaw, behaved very rudely.
