7/ Check every number and every rule β οΈ Claude can sound completely certain and still be wrong on a rate, a threshold or a deadline. Treat it like a keen trainee, not an oracle. Anything heading into a client file gets checked against the source.
6/ Never start a report from a blank page βοΈ Management accounts commentary, board packs, narrative for the accounts. Give it the numbers and the key points, get a first draft, then edit. Editing is the easy bit.
