@IndiaPostOffice That is exactly the issue when I never received the item, how was it marked as delivered? It appears the postman marked it delivered just to complete the task without actually delivering it, possibly citing “address not found.” This causes unnecessary trouble for the public.

@IndiaPostOffice This item was not delivered to me, and the signature shown is not mine. If your records show it as delivered,Indian Post must urgently review and correct its delivery process. Such carelessness by a Government service reflects serious negligence and needs immediate investigation.
