@detached_98@Swiggy The sad bitter truth is that our local people look at prestige in doing blue collar jobs. That's another reason people from outside our states come to work and they are doing a fantastic job which unfortunately we - The Locals will never accept even though we are aware.
@detached_98@Swiggy We are in a democratic country. Anyone is free to work anywhere with dignity and no one has the right to stop/comment. Hindi is the most widely spoken language in India. You learnt English which is the official language of Britishers who ruled us for 200 years. Respect Indians.
@raghav_chadha I am really surprised with your post. Will you say the same thing if this happens in the US ? What's wrong in punishing a culprit irrespective of his/her stature ??? We need to respect the law. Democracy does not mean we misuse it with power. In Saudi they will chop off culprits
@Paramji95326886 True. Look at their robotic response that now services are working fine. Earlier they used to reduce the amount as penalty for non-serviceable days. Ideally someone from the field team should visit our site & look into the intermittent break down issue & resolve @Airtel_Presence
@Airtel_Presence It's working now but it was down since morning. The line goes down intermittently and also 50 connections in my apartment are facing the same issue. Pls allocate someone to visit our site and meet us for a permanent solution.
Worst service ever from Airtel. You have taken 50 customers for granted in Chinna Porur, Chennai. The service is down many times in a month. No one is bothered. We will shift to another provider if someone senior does not intervene asap. @Airtel_Presence@airtelindia@airtelnews
@EurekaForbes Surprisingly someone did connect with me today from your Chennai office but no one has visited yet. 11th day over without using the water purifier. I am actually amazed with the audacity of Eureka with such a poor level of service. Don't you care for customers? @eurekaforbeschn

Why is it so difficult to reach out to the local senior person at the @airtelindia Chennai location. We have 40+ connections in our apartment and several times the services are down. We are planning to shift to another provider if we don't get a proper response
