@TataMotors my vehicle is not starting I had been calling from morning to RSA team they arrived finally but now the vehicle steering is locked and they are unable to tow. I call service center near by which is Urmila Auto in Gopalganj, Bihar they said call RSA team. Still no help

@jamshedpur @JioMart_Support I have been calling customer care from last 3 days but I have not received any resolution. I ordered online because the items were available for hyper delivery but its been 3 days. Location @jamshedpur. I believe three days is ample time for delivery

@JioMart I had ordered items on 8th October where I added items that were available for hyper delivery by 9th October but it had been 11th October but I have still not received the shipment. I don't know how jiomart is competing with other hyper delivery competition.

I have been asking to change the name but correctly to my name that is 'Nishant' but it has not been changed. The customer service just say we're working on it.

@tata_neu I have shown lot of patience. I had contacted customer care many times and raised requests but no help. This was the only hope to come on public and raise my concerns. Also there is no proper call support. Kindly help

I am trying to get my name updated but it's been more than 45 days. It's not updated. Customer care is pathetic they tell team is working on during chat. Also they don't have proper customer call to resolve issues. All they have is robot based call support. Pathetic experience.
