On top of that they refuse to escalate any issue. Getting a refund for a wrong delivery is like a 4 month battle that you have to fight. Get your act together else I’m not renewing Walmart+ membership. This is annoying to the core.

[Xsin @singhanugrah]

@Walmart I used to recommend your Walmart + membership for the simple fact that it was so convenient to deal with your service team for any delivery related issues. Lately that experience has gone from bad to worse. Your agents leave the chat at their own sweet will

@Dreamforce 2026: what a week!
From the AIforce announcement to some great conversations around our Agentic AI solutions, the central theme has been maximum ROI from AI investments.

Attendees at our booth explored what it takes to move from siloed AI projects to enterprise-wide solutions. The dialogue continued at our private after hours reception, which was a well-attended alongside customers, prospects, and Salesforce leaders.

Our top takeaways:

1️⃣ AI is a new interface layer and not just another add-on to the CRM. It connects to all of enterprise data and delivers immense value.

2️⃣ AI flexibility and adaptability matters the most with the tech evolving so quickly introducing new interfaces, clouds, and AI models.

3️⃣ Zero data retention is a critical consideration as enterprises scale AI delivering greater value.

4️⃣ Change management that centers on accountability and human + agent collaboration will define the success of any agentic transformation.

That was the week.
The demos were loud.
The hard work starts when the conference lights go off.

Power outage in St. Johns, FL. ⚡️

Apparently, even electricity needed a Sunday night off. 😂

Glasgow 2026 just concluded yesterday.

A slew of medals & a fourth place overall finish for India.

But of everything from these games, two stories touched me deeply.

A judoka whose father fixed cycles for ₹300 a day, in a mud house, & didn’t live to see his daughter become the first Indian, man or woman, to win Commonwealth Games judo gold.

And a farmer’s son from an Aligarh village who ran on dirt trails just to pass the Army fitness test, & last week became the first Indian ever to win two track medals at a single Games.

Asmita Dey. Gulveer Singh.

No shortcuts, no head starts.

Just hunger & the refusal to stay where they started.

This is what ‘Rise’ actually looks like.

A mud house & a village trail.

No words would be enough to explain why they inspire me.

@finkd I know you don’t care and won’t read this. But just in case you do, horrible post sales experience with Meta glasses. Will think twice before any Meta products in future.

[Xsin @singhanugrah]

Pathetic support @Meta & @ray_ban for my Meta glasses Meta redirects the support case saying @ray_ban will help with warranty. @ray_ban says since purchase was done through @Meta they r unable to help with warranty. In this ping pong match.. who will help with fixing my glasses?

[Xsin @singhanugrah]

Upgraded to ios26 .. but it’s such a battery sucker! @Apple

[Xsin @singhanugrah]

Of cours, no suprise that there is no response from @Meta or @ray_ban on this
