@star_orm I know this is what I am getting standard reply from star from last 2 months, terms and conditions and protocols are only for customers not for insurance company, they can simply deny things.

@MCD_Delhi The issue in our area has been unresolved for 3 years, yet complaints keep getting closed without a real fix. Garbage dumping is causing serious health hazards. Please act immediately and stop closing this complaint until it is permanently resolved.
