Recently, while traveling to Jammu with my family, my wife suddenly started suffering from continuous vomiting and loose motion during the train journey. Her condition kept getting worse for more than 1.5 hours. PNR: 2152654778

I called Railway Madad on 139 for emergency medical help and clearly explained the seriousness of her condition. I was informed that ₹200 would be charged for medical assistance, and I immediately agreed because she urgently needed treatment.

Customer support suggested placing a new order, but if Flipkart cancelled it, how is it my fault? No solution or compensation for the inconvenience. It's unfair for loyal customers who spend time finding deals during the sale.

Really disappointed with @Flipkart during Big Billion Days. I placed an order, but it got cancelled due to "out of stock." Now, they’re asking me to reorder at 3x the price! How’s that fair? @Flipkart, please honor the original price.
