ਰੱਬ ਹੀ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਕੀ ਗੱਲ ਬਾਤ ਆ…. ਪਰ ਕੁਝ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਸਾਂਝੀਆਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਵਕੀਲ ਪੰਨੂੰ ਬਾਰੇ…. ਬੜੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਕਰੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨੇ ਕਿ ਸਕਿਉਰਟੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੋਣ ਹਨ ? ਕੋਣ Pay ਕਰਦਾ ? ਜਾਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹੀ Pay ਕਰਦੀ ਆ ? ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਨਹੀ ਪਤਾ… ਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਕਦੇ ਮੈਂ ਪੁਛਿਆ… ਪਰ ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀ ਧਿਆਨ ਦੇਖੋਂ ਤਾ ਵਕੀਲ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ 4 ਤੋ 5 ਗੋਰੇ ਨੋਜਵਾਨ 6 ਫੁੱਟ ਲੰਮੇ, ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇਣਗੇ… ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀ ਗੱਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਦੇਖੋ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਇੱਕ ਐਸਾ ਸਖਸ਼ ਵੀ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਵਕੀਲ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠਾ ਸੀ, ਤੇ ਪਰਛਾਂਵੇ ਵਾਂਗ ਨਾਲ ਸੀ, ਤੇ ਬਾਜ਼ ਵਾਂਗ ਝੜਪ ਮਾਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਰ ਬੈਠਾ ਸੀ। ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਣਸੁਖਾਂਵੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਵੇਲੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਪੰਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਪੈ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਹੋਵੇ… ਪਰ ਇਸ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੀ ਸਕਿਉਰਟੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਖਾਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਜਾਣ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਹੋਵੇ… ਇਹ ਤਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਕੋਲ ਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਪਰ ਇਹ ਕੋਈ ਆਮ ਵਰਤਾਰਾ ਨਹੀ… ਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਆਮ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਾਰਡ ਸੀ… ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾ ਕਾਗਰਸਮੈਨ, ਸੈਨੇਟਰ ਤੇ ਗਵਰਨਰ ਤੱਕ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਇਕੱਲ਼ੇ ਹੀ ਤੁਰੇ ਫਿਰਦੇ ਦੇਖੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੀ ਸਕਿਉਰਟੀ ਮੈਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖੀ….

ਪਰ ਵਕੀਲ ਪੰਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਇਸ ਪੱਧਰ ਦਾ ਤਾਮ ਜਾਮ, ਭਾਰਤੀ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਸਮਝ ਨਾ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇ…. ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਮੈਂ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਸਮਝ ਸਕਾਂ…. ਪਰ ਇਕ ਗੱਲ ਸਾਫ ਹੈ…. ਭਾਰਤ ਹਰ ਹਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਕੀਲ ਪੰਨੂੰ ਨੂੰ ਮਰਿਆ ਦੇਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ… ਤੇ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਹਰ ਹਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਕੀਲ ਨੂੰ ਜੀਊਂਦਾ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

31 ਮਾਰਚ 2024 ਨੂੰ ਜਦੋਂ ਵਕੀਲ ਪੰਨੂੰ ਦਾ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਸੈਕਰਾਮੈਂਟੋ ਸਟੇਟ ਕੈਪੀਟਲ ਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਨਾਈਪਰਜ ਦੀ ਤਾਇਨਾਤੀ ਵੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ…. ਇੱਕ ਗੈਰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਬੰਦੇ ਲਈ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ. ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੇ ਵੀ ਸਮਝ ਨਾ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੋਵੇ…..

According to World renowned CIA analyst Sarah Adams from 2 hour 34 minutes onwards for 5 minutes, India is paying 10 million dollar for security of Mullah Yakub who is Taliban's defence minister in Afghanistan. India has used Harqat ul Mujahideen organisation to assassinate 18 Kashmiri and Sikhs in Pakistan. She further says India does not realise why Afghanistan Taliban's Harkat Ul Mujahideen is taking small amout of 10 million dollars to eliminate competing groups of Kashmiri militants . In long run India will find it difficult to control Kashmiri Militants once their control switches from Pakistan to Afghanistan based Taliban. Taliban is doing India's dirty work because it wants to take over Kashmiri Jihad from Pakistan and put it under direct Afghanistan control.

Bhai Amritpal Singh and his fellow detainees in Assam's Dibrugarh jail are currently in a precarious state. They are pointing out that the food provided to them may be contaminated with poisonous substances by the authorities. They have been held in confinement at the Dibrugarh facility since March of last year under the harsh provisions of the National Security Act despite the complete absence of any concrete evidence justifying their detainment. Their sole transgression is because of their vocal advocacy for Sikh rights within the context of a supposedly democratic nation.

Should any harm befall these Sikh political prisoners in Dibrugarh, both the prime minister of India, Mr Narendra Modi and the chief minister of Punjab, Bhagwant Mann, must bear responsibility for this sad affair.

We urgently call for Bhai Amritpal Singh and other Singh’s immediate release from Dibrugarh prison and the initiation of a fair and transparent trial concerning the unfounded charges under which they have been unjustly detained
