Police grabbed and pushed down pregnant women, pepper sprayed her husband and others in Mong Kok on 1yr after August 31st incident via https://t.co/BmUn1iEQT5 #HongKongProtests
[From 2019] A year ago, on this day, #HongKong police stormed Prince Edward MTR station wielding batons and deploying pepper-spray. https://t.co/itPSbwOHpk
Video from another angle shows the woman was forcibly dragged by #hkpolice before she fell on the ground. #Police even fired pepper spray at those who tried to help her from falling. Clearly it's a disproportionate use of force targeting a pregnant woman!
Terrible police violence once again, and none of these Hong Kong police officers will undergo any forms of investigation. The autocracy feeds them.
We need justice to be done.

A pregnant woman was seen suffering the effects of pepperspray on the junction of of Argyle Street and Sai Yeung Choi Street on Monday as riot police dispersed pro-democracy protesters by force. Vid: NineTeen Media.
More horrifying video emerging on Telegram of the pregnant woman who was pushed to the ground by the HK Police in Mong Kok tonight. The man in black trying to protect her is her husband. Excruciating just to watch.
Heartbreaking. Context via @WilliamYang120 earlier: “Among those arrested [in Mong Kok today] was a father whose son witnessed him being taken away by HK police & he reportedly kept waving at his father while shouting "father, father" as his dad was taken onto the police van.”
