@HSBC_IN@HSBC I redeemed my credit card points on 16thApril but haven’t received the voucher till now. Despite multiple follow-ups,I only get asked to “wait 5-6 days.”Got complaint ID 2250507847/NML6434, but now the issue is marked closed without resolution.Where is my voucher?
