Me and 84 others were wrongly denied service allocation by the DoPT despite clearing UPSC Civil Service Exam multiple times.

In the Rohith Nathan vs UoI case, the arguments of DoPT have always been legally untenable.

For this reason - we repeatedly won the case.
In Madras CAT,
Then Madras HC,
Then Delhi HC.
But the government was not content to let it rest.

The case was challenged at the last moment by the Govt in the SC. Now even after winning the case in the SC, we're still struggling to get service allocation.
