If a Hindu man dies in India without making a will, who inherits his property?

1️⃣ First Priority → Immediate Family
Immediate family includes:
• Wife
• Son
• Daughter
• Mother
• Children of a deceased son or daughter
👉 If any immediate family exists, no one else inherits anything.
👉 Gender doesn’t matter — sons and daughters get equal share.
Example:
If a man leaves behind a wife, two sons and one daughter →
Total heirs = 4
Each gets 25% share.
2️⃣ Second Priority → Other Relatives
Includes:
• Father
• Brother
• Sister
👉 These relatives inherit one by one, not together.
👉 Think in rows — check row 1 first.
If even one person exists, other rows are skipped.
Example:
If father is alive →
Father gets 100% property.
Brother & sister get nothing.
If father is not alive →
Brother and sister share equally.
3️⃣ Third Priority → Agnates (Male Relatives)
Agnates = only male blood relatives (excluding immediate & close relatives).
Examples:
• Father’s brother
• Father’s brother’s son
👉 Property goes to the closest agnate (degree counting applies).
Degree rule example:
Father’s brother = 3 degrees
Father’s brother’s son = 4 degrees
👉 Entire property goes to the closest agnate.
4️⃣ Fourth Priority → Other Relatives
Relatives from both male and female sides, like:
• Mother’s brother
• Mother’s sister’s son
👉 Closest relative inherits.
If no close or male relatives exist:
👉 Property goes to the Government.
⚠️ Important Note:
Making a will avoids all this confusion.
Always make a will. Save your family from disputes.
1 crore today buys a house.
1 crore in 20 years buys a car.
1 crore in 40 years buys a sofa.
At 7% inflation, your wealth shrinks faster than you think.
Invest in assets that grow faster than inflation.
Your future depends on it.

₹10,0000 Invested for 1 Year (Metals)🔥🔥🔥
What magic did ₹1,00,000 do in 1 year?
If you had invested ₹1,00,000 in metals, today the value would be:
Silver → ₹3,33,180 (+233.18%)
Platinum → ₹2,85,780 (+185.78%)
Gold → ₹1,88,070 (+88.07%)
Copper → ₹1,58,000 (+58%)
Aluminium → ₹1,21,550 (+21.55%)
What’s the learning?
All metals don’t perform the same
Right asset selection = higher returns
Diversification is very important
More important than what you invest in is when and how much you invest.
Don’t buy expensive House ?❌‼️👇
Do the Simple Calculation before buying Residential
Calculation👇👇
Home loan Rate – Rental Yield of that Area
Home Loan Rate – 8.75%
Rental – Rs. 20,000/-
Property Price – 01 Crore
Rental yield =
(20,000 × 12 ÷ 01 Crore) × 100 = 2.4%
Home loan Rate – Rental Yield of that Area
= 8.75% – 2.4% = 6.35%
If this figure is less than 04% → Cheap
If this figure is more than 06% → Expensive
