@airindia While boarding the request to have the jacket hanged, was counter questioned by crew with the seat number.
It looked like a discrimination of not having business class seat despite being platinum flyer

The high-handed attitude of AI appears to be worsening. I reached the counter around 50–60 min before departure of AI2930, with web check-in and no check-in baggage. Despite traveling in Premium as a Platinum flyer, request for boarding pass printout was refused.
