🚨 Baranagar Station (Sealdah Division) 🚨
एक यात्री सुबह से Tatkal टिकट (Sleeper Class) के लिए लाइन में खड़ा था। उसका टोकन नंबर 2 था और उसे पूरा भरोसा था कि टिकट मिल जाएगा। लेकिन जब उसकी बारी आई… तो देखा कि Booking Clerk पहले से ही काउंटर के अंदर बैठकर किसी और का टिकट बना रहा था। यात्री को टिकट नहीं मिला। ऐसे छोटे-छोटे incidents हर रोज़ छोटे स्टेशनों पर हो रहे हैं, और असली हक़दार यात्री को टिकट नहीं मिल पाता।

This is shocking. Never expected this from Amazon. You are accepting that the product received was fake so it is supposed to refund the amount to the customer immediately. Feeling cheated and will think twice to buy any product from amazon in future. @amazon

It’s been 10 days since I received the mail from amazon about the refund but not credited back till now. Please look into the matter @DubaiDET@amazon@AmazonHelp. Highly irresponsible behaviour.
