@UPS If they can’t get my package out of this Fort Knox pickup box, how are they going to send it back? Or wait… they CAN take it out… they just refuse to do their job! Awesome experience on this purchase. Thank you for absolutely the worst service possible. @amazon
Currently on hold (estimated wait time is over an hour) to get a package my local @UPS delivery services REFUSES to deliver to me. UPS corporate has told me for the last three days they will reach out to and tell them to deliver it. Guess the local UPS doesn’t play by their rules
@AmazonHelp That didn’t help at all Rick. That link takes me to the Amazon home page and gives me no way to communicate easier. I still don’t have the package. Thanks for literally nothing so far. I believe your local delivery station here doesn’t care about delivering the package.
Was assured by @UPS corporate that they’d contact my local delivery to get my package. Local peeps don’t care…. Still NO PACKAGE! @amazon can’t do anything to help because it’s the shippers issue!
@amazon Please hire delivery services that actually deliver- @UPS refuses to deliver the package I paid to be delivered. I hope my refund goes seamless or we are going to have serious issues. Hours on the phone and empty promises by @UPS have yielded no delivery.
@UPS four calls today… over 3 hours to try to get help. If you just did what you say you were going to do… redeliver the next day… all would be good… but your driver didn’t want to do that.
