दरअसल, वेदांता मामले में यह बात समझनी जरूरी है कि Vedanta Group एसेट ओनर है और जबकि NTPC और General Electric ऑपरेटर है

NGSL कोई साधारण इकाई नहीं, बल्कि NTPC और General Electric जैसी दिग्गज कंपनियों का जॉइंट वेंचर है यानी वेदांता विश्वस्तरीय पार्टनर्स के साथ काम करता है और प्लांट संचालन अनुभवी हाथों में था। यानी प्लांट का मालिकाना हक वेदांता के पास है और रोजाना संचालन की जिम्मेदारी NGSL की थी। फिर मुकदमा सीधे अनिल अग्रवाल के खिलाफ क्यों दर्ज किया गया?

वेदांता ग्रुप हादसे में प्रभावित परिवारों को काउंस���लिंग, आर्थिक सहायता और नौकरी देने के लिए पहले से ही आगे बढ़कर काम कर रहा है।

अनिल अग्रवाल वह आदमी हैं, जिन्होंने पिछले दिनों अपने इकलौते बेटे की मौत के बाद अपनी 75% संपत्ति परोपकार के लिए दान देने की घोषणा की थी। ऐसे दिग्गज उद्योगपति के खिलाफ सीधे मामला दर्ज क��ना क्या द्वेष पूर्ण रवैया दिखाने के लिए काफी नहीं है?
