@joe4781@PSLToFlushing The only reason they aren’t on the team is a CBA no one knows the rules of is quite the statement. Enjoy your time doing charity work for Stearns but I can’t buy it
@joe4781@PSLToFlushing The current/future CBA has nothing to do with how far the Mets are behind teams that at competing. Get a grip. We cannot even be .500 with all the advantages in the world
@PSLToFlushing Hard disagree. Capitalize on players with value as this team is 4 years away. The quicker everyone accepts how bad Stearns messed this up the better
@JCaporoso Yeah man I am skeptical as they come on Glenn but this is easily a top 3 option they had available. Maybe Jimmy doesn’t like that corner they signed
@JCaporoso Ty at 16 making more sense to me. Everyone saying “we need 4 starters!” with 2026 early picks and then can just drop a QB in it in 2027. But then we are not good until 2028 at best ? Why not just get good starters with 2027
Picks and get the QB now so he can develop ?
@StephenMoore I think one can complain about them and also know they can go higher. “Kids” complaining about them might realize that if we had less national debt (which “kids” have had no say in), rates and asset prices could be lower and more affordable.
@JCaporoso Consensus is they cannot trade out of two. What is the out of consensus trade back(or up !?) move that you could give some small % likelihood to?
@JCaporoso Joe, but calling Saleh “quite a bad” head coach while not explicitly saying Glenn should not be employed as a head coach is why it’s been harder and harder to continue my badlands subscription.
Just say it was a bad hire
@Willpa11 Yeah but if NIL money wasn’t there he would be more likely to come out, therefore it at least has Something to do with it, right ?
If he doesn’t declare, avoiding Glenn is also a possible partial reason. It ALL comes into play
