@K_Mufasa88 Hahah, I sincerely hope you don’t need to be reminded of something you typed in the same paragraph. Anyway, this is my interpretation of how Pantalone might have viewed Traveler’s presence — I don’t see your points as actually being rebuttals to that 🤷♀️
Pantalone’s “oh?” At the traveler in court: he’s seeing something he resents happen in realtime. People being gifted power they didn’t earn over matters they have no personal stake in (i.e they’ll never face consequences if they fuck up)
@K_Mufasa88 Lastly — traveler doesn’t even live in that country. If he makes a mistake he isn’t subject to the same personal ramifications as a citizen might be. His position there in the court seems to parallel Pantalone’s criticism of gods for all of those reasons
@K_Mufasa88 With regards to whether the traveler earned it, from Pantalone’s view, he might see it as someone stepping senselessly out of their niche. Traveler solves big international problems, why should that earn him a say in a country’s day to day operations?
@Ethankice Oh, for sure! I’m interested to see how it all plays out. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not trying to project traveler hate or anything like that — I like the traveler. Still, that’s my theory :)
